Children

Our Children's Department is a fun place to be!
There is always something to look forward to...Egg Hunts, Vacation Bible School, Fall Block Party, Fall Kick Off, Spring and Christmas Musicals, etc.  See a list below of our regular activites.

Preschool Choir (3—K) meets every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. on the ground floor with Mission Friends.

Celebration Kids (1st—5th) meets every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. in the Choir Room which is located on the 2nd floor across from the church office.

Mission Friends (ages 3—K) meet every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. on the ground floor. This is combined with Preschool Choir rehearsal.

Girls in Action (GAs) (1st—5th) meet every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. on the 1st floor in room 104.
Girls in Action learn what missionaries do, pray for missionaries and their
work, discover how they can help other people, save and give money to help
tell other people about Jesus, learn about people around the world, and have
     fun with friends!
The Lord has shown you what is good. He has told you what he requires of you. You
must treat people fairly. You must love others faithfully. And you must be very careful to
live the way your God wants you to (Micah 6:8 NIrV).

Royal Ambassadors (RAs) (boys 1st—5th) meet every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. on the 3rd floor in rooms 317 and 318.
Royal Ambassadors leads boys to become followers of Christ
and helps them see their need and the world's need for a Savior. They hear
the plan of salvation and have opportunities to respond. They also hear how
missionaries carry the gospel around the world and how they are part of that
task. The RA Motto, "We are Ambassadors for Christ," not only gives the
organization its name, but also gives the boys and leaders a lifestyle goal.
This motto is taken from Scripture, specifically 2 Corinthians 5:20.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has
come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the
ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not
counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of
reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his
appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God.
